What is a Reiki session like?
Reiki is administered through the hands of the practitioner with the client fully clothed on a massage table. The Reiki practitioner places their hands on various locations of the body, such as the head, heart, abdomen, legs and feet. The practitioner’s hands are simply held at each location. There is no massaging of the body. Reiki energy is transferred from the practitioner to the client’s physical and energetic body. A session usually fills the client with peace, relaxation and well being.
